Warranty

Five Year Warranty
SlipSafe Northwest warrants that any hard mineral surface professionally treated using approved methods with slip*Buster Non-Slip Treatment that is properly maintained using our Maintenance/Housekeeping program will remain “Safer Wet than Dry” for no less than five years.
SlipSafe warrants that a surface treated with slip*Buster Treatment will meet or exceed the National Tile Institute and ADA guidelines for wet surface safety.
If for any reason during the warranty period the treated surface returns to its original slippery condition when wet, SlipSafe Northwest will:
1. Perform a test cleaning on the floor to determine if the static coefficient of friction (SCOF) has fallen below desirable levels or if it just needs proper cleaning.
2. If the test cleaning does not restore the surface to a desirable level (ADA Compliance of SCOF 0.6 or better) SlipSafe Northwest will retreat the surface free of charge.
This warranty shall become effective upon receipt of payment in full, in good and valid funds, for the installation and remain in force provided the friction treated surface(s) continues to be used in the same manner which was in use at the time of installation and the surface(s) are maintained per SlipSafe Northwest’s Maintenance/Housekeeping Guidelines using slip*Buster Cleaner/Degreaser or a pre-approved cleaner that does not contain bleach, oils or wax.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY.
Customer and/or customer’s agent agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SlipSafe Northwest from any damages, claims, demands, or causes of action arising in allegedly slipping, tripping, or stumbling upon a SlipSafe Northwest friction treated surface.
SlipSafe Northwest does not warranty that falls will not occur on a surface which has been friction treated. The only thing we state is, a friction treatment on a hard mineral surface will increase the static coefficient of friction (SCOF) under wet conditions which will greatly reduce the chances of a slip/fall accident from occurring.
